what’s a good recipe for potato soup thats easy to make?

Potato Soup
1 C diced celery
1 C diced onion
4 C Peeled and cubes potatoes
3 cubes chicken buillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C butter
6 tbs. flour
3 C milk

In a large pot combine celery, onion, potatoes, potatoes, buillon, pepper and salt. Add enough water to fully submerge everything. Cover and Cook till vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and set aside. Melt butter and mix in flour. Add the milk and stir until thick. Add to vegetables and stir.
