Where can I find authentic Chinese hand-pulled Noodle Soup in St. Louis? ?
When I was in Manila there was an awesome little place called Mei Lin that did fresh hand-pulled noodles and would make 30 different kinds of soup using the fresh noodles. They had basics like hot & sour, dumpling, duck, spicy beef etc all the way up to crazier Soups with chicken feet and century eggs. Does such a place exist in St. Louis?
