How do I cut down this recipe to make a dozen cookies?
Here is the link:
http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1916,152181-243198,00.html
It calls for:
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
but I think that’s a bit much to make only about 12 cookies. Is there a way to cut it down to make a dozen or so?
Thanks so much in advance.
I think it will only make about a dozen cookies
